Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Penny Prints only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders.
Products are custom made for each individual at the time of purchase. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Penny Prints Credits.
Penny Prints only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the producer and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Penny Prints is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You as a customer alone are in charge of entering in the correct information when you place your order.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Penny Prints directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.
